The photos, maps and typefaces you see on this site, and the people who made them.
Every sample photo here comes from Wikimedia Commons, either dedicated to the public domain under CC0 or released into the public domain by its author, so none of them asks for a credit. We give one anyway. Each licence was checked on the photo's Commons file page on 10 October 2026.
Photos
The same photos are the sample data in the app screenshots and the widget pictures. For the app, each was downloaded at the 1600 px size Commons offers, turned upright, stripped of its metadata and saved as JPEG; on this site it is resized to WebP at 400, 800 and 1280 px wide. Nothing else was changed. The sunset in the app's onboarding is bundled with the app at 1600 x 1067 px.

The Old City map under the walk replay and on the social cards, and the maps in the widget pictures: © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. We drew the Old City map from OpenStreetMap data ourselves; the widget maps use OpenStreetMap's standard tiles and carry its mark.
The maps in the app screenshots are Apple Maps, drawn by the iPhone, with Apple's Maps mark and its Legal notice in the corner, as the app shows them.
Typefaces
The site and the app are set in Barlow, Barlow Condensed and Martian Mono, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. On this site they are cut down to Latin with Turkish and served as WOFF2.
